Job Description:

Everest Health Partners has an immediate need for experienced Medical Receptionist/Concierge with high emotional intelligence and thirst for learning to join our growing clinical team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Extend an immediate, warm, professional, and inviting welcome to all visitors.
  • Maintain a clean and neat reception area making a good first impression.
  • Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner and eagerly assist callers with their needs
  • Respond to all calls following proper telephone etiquette and taking detailed messages when appropriate.
  • Ensure that messages are relayed promptly to the intended person, using critical thinking for anticipating needs and questions.
  • Offer refreshments to visitors and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-touch, service-focused environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks assigned such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages; receive and distribute packages as needed.

Concierge Patient Coordination:

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Note patient preferences and individualize patient experience.
  • Coordinate patient referrals to specialists, diagnostics and reservation services as needed.
  • Communicate with patients to provide appointment reminders and follow-up instructions.
  • Assist patients with completing forms and uploading documents into their chart before appointment.
  • Assist patients with payment as needed.
  • Facilitate and encourage patient feedback and reviews, both positive and critical, and working with appropriate staff members to rectify any concerns or complaints.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, which includes break room supplies, refreshments, and “patient appreciation” bags.
  • Electronic fax management and delivery to appropriate employees.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting or hotel concierge.
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Telephone etiquette and customer service
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with EMR
  • Experience in Crisis Intervention and Conflict Resolution
  • Startup attitude: creative, eager to learn, and excellent critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and writing skills.
  • Able to lift and carry 20lbs items from a floor placement.

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to quickly connect and establish common ground with a variety of people, projecting sincere personal interest and patient advocacy.
  • Welcomes (including eye contact, smile, greeting, and personal introduction) the patient and secondary guest(s) to the clinic, ensuring comfort and anticipating needs.
  • Identifies and participates in process improvement and problem solving in the work to decrease defects/barriers, enhance patient satisfaction and experience, and reduce waste and/or cost.
  • Has commitment to providing excellent patient care and customer service.
  • High emotional intelligence team player who takes ownership of roles with an innovative mind to improve quality of care.
  • “Keep a pulse” on the ambiance of the office to contribute to a peaceful and holistic front-and-back office, able to professionally and calmly diffuse situations of conflict.

Job Description:

Everest Health Partners is seeking experienced Medical Assistants with high emotional intelligence and a thirst for learning to join our clinical team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our flagship office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take patient vitals and assist physicians as requested.
  • Follow up on appointments via phone calls.
  • Provide trained education and coaching via telemedicine.
  • Perform and assist with all duties related to laboratory testing and specimen collection.
  • Administer non-intravenous injections and assist with front office and administrative tasks.
  • Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization.
  • Open and close office duties, including organizing schedules and completing referrals.
  • Monitor and manage supply inventory and ordering.
  • Perform EKGs, VO2max tests, and other measures of functional and cardiovascular health.
  • Provide education and coaching for lifestyle and behavioral health modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, and State of Virginia regulations.
  • Participate in continuous education to maintain qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant Certification or at least 2 years of experience with a learning attitude.
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience in a physician office or ambulatory care setting.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with EMR
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy and various specimen collection techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and State of Virginia regulatory protocols.
  • CPR certification.

Job Description:

Everest Health Partners has an immediate need for experienced Aesthetics Nurse with high emotional intelligence and thirst for learning to join our growing clinical team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing patients to uncover their needs during initial consultation appointments
  • Preparing the room for procedures
  • Performing minimally invasive cosmetic procedures independently
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and general condition following procedures
  • Anticipating and responding to patient needs and potential complications to prevent negative outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Giving post-procedure instructions to patients
  • Remaining up-to-date on the latest innovations in dermatological and plastic surgical treatments.
  • Staying within office protocols and procedures

Job requirements:

  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality including high net worth and well-known clients
  • Maintenance of aseptic and sterile technique as needed
  • Verbal communication skills to interact with other healthcare professionals and provide clear instructions to patients
  • Observation skills to monitor patient status during procedures
  • Interpersonal skills to help patients feel at ease
  • Attentiveness to detail to perform procedures correctly and update records accurately
  • In-depth knowledge of common dermatological and plastic surgery procedures including non-invasive and “natural” or over the counter options that patients may be familiar with
  • Interest for learning, being science and research driven
  • Ability to use the tools and equipment necessary to perform procedures and maintain their cleanliness
  • Tracking and stocking supplies needed for operations relating to aesthetic nursing
  • Familiarity with patient records management software
  • Ability to remain upright, possibly including a bent posture or repetitive use of hands/arms for up to 1 hour during procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensed registered nurse minimum in the state of VA
  • CPR Certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in neurotoxin injections

Procedures Include:

  • Neurotoxin injection
  • Hair restoration including PRF and microneedling
  • Facial PRF topical facial and/or microneedling
  • PRF injections to face and scalp
  • Fraxel Dual 1550/1927 laser
